The team, composed of Yolanda Zhu from Grade 9, Lucy Huang, Lu Moqian, Chen Si, and Ivan Huang from Grade 11, focused on addressing challenges in organic waste management. Their project transforms kitchen and green waste into valuable resources via black soldier flies, creating a circular resource loop. From an impressive presentation at the China finals to a compelling performance on the global stage at Oxford, the team earned unanimous recognition from the judges for their practical, scalable, and replicable solution, reflecting our excellence in interdisciplinary STEM education and sustainability-focused learning.

NACIS has placed a strong emphasis on environmental protection and sustainability, integrating these principles into our daily educational practices.
