Jeff’s admission (ED) showcases his well-rounded academic and extracurricular excellence - from engineering innovation with the FTC Robotics Team, to critical thinking development through the China Think Big (CTB) challenge, to artistic expression as a drummer. These diverse pursuits have shaped a compelling intellectual profile that led to his acceptance into Emory’s Philosophy programme.

Jessie’s academic pathway is marked by deep engagement with the world around her. Through cultural fieldwork in Tibet, analytical discussions within the GEO academic community, and hands-on ecological practice in the school garden, she has explored the intersection between theory and lived experience. Her commitment to inquiry and action has earned her a place (ED) in Emory’s Anthropology programme.

Joanna has secured Early Decision admission to New York University’s Liberal Studies programme, underscoring her strong interdisciplinary scholarship and outstanding practical abilities. Since joining NACIS in Grade 4, she has embraced an expansive, cross-disciplinary mindset - exploring fields such as economics and environmental science, and leading research projects that integrate data analytics with social inquiry. In 2023, Joanna and her team advanced to the global finals of Harvard’s China Thinks Big (CTB) competition, distinguishing themselves from over a thousand participating teams. This summer, she further enriched her academic profile at the University of California, Berkeley, where she earned straight A’s and received high praise from her professors, affirming both the depth of her academic engagement and her remarkable capacity for independent learning.

Chloe has received the ED offer from Tufts University with a major in Art. Since joining NACIS in Grade 6, she has grown as a multidimensional learner, grounding her development in artistic depth while expanding expression through drama and music and cultivating independence through skiing. Her experiences - from speaking at the UNICEF NAE Summit and volunteering at TEDx events to earning a Bronze Award at the BICC British International Creative Competition and contributing to the ASDAN Business Competition - reflect sustained curiosity and social responsibility. Through progressive completion of the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, she developed resilience and perseverance, with her diverse pursuits ultimately converging into a distinctive and coherent profile that supported her successful ED admission.

As a student-athlete navigating the demands of competitive tennis and rigorous academic study, Coco’s journey reflects a thoughtful and distinctive process of identity formation. On the court, she develops independent and strategic thinking through continual refinement of her game; in the classroom, she pursues academic excellence with sustained focus and intellectual rigor. These parallel commitments are mutually reinforcing, shaping a multidimensional and well-defined trajectory of growth. We extend our sincere congratulations to Coco on her ED admission to Hamilton College with a major in Psychology.
